Current Initiatives
Pharmacy Technician Education, Training & Competency Lance Swearingen, Craig Else and JoAnne Myhre have been working on the topic of Pharmacy Technician Certification. The need has been identified over many years and requests have been made from members of the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy to develop a proposal. The goal of the task force is to assure the profession's vision of providing more direct patient care while maintaining the integritiy and improving the quality of the dispensing process.
